A guided supermarket tour is a practical, hands-on session designed to help you feel more confident making food choices that support your health goals. During this experience, we walk through your local supermarket together and explore how to navigate the aisles.
You’ll learn how to read and understand food labels, including how to interpret nutrition information panels and ingredient lists, so you can make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed by marketing claims or confusing packaging.
Throughout the tour, we’ll also explore strategies for choosing fresh and in-season produce, identifying nutritious convenience options, and building balanced meals using foods that fit your lifestyle.
